Earth Tones: Part 2 is a follow-up from a familiar post I did a couple of weeks ago, using similar tones just in a different style; demonstrating how we can use different items to jazz up the same coat.
I’m in love with this coat, so much so that I had to do another post on it. I love the fact that it has a laid back feel but with great structure compared to last years favourite, the coatigan. It really can be dressed up or down, like in my first post with leggings and a jumper.
I paired my khaki look with nude tones again because it works so well, and I’m a little obsessed. I decided to wear fish nets as opposed to a regular pair of tights to keep things light, as I think opaque tights would have looked slightly heavy – plus I really just wanted to buy the fish net tights, ha!
This bag has got to be the best bargain of the whole look as it only cost about £10 (no, seriously). I went into Miss Selfridge planning to pay £35 that was priced on the label but she asked for £10 and I had that moment where I felt like I may need to run out of the shop with my goods incase she had it wrong but she reassured me it was in the sale and I’ve slept like an infant ever since. All of their handbags were in the sale, perfect for getting those Christmas presents in at a reasonable price.

This jumper is my favourite purchase at the moment, again its very versatile as it can be worn with a skirt or dressed down with a pair of jeans. I love how its fits, the texture and the way it comes at the cuff – its all about structure.
