You can never explore the city you live in too much, I took a little trip down to North West London and explored Abbey Road, after all, London is one of the best city’s in the world.
Abbey Road and its studio has seen the likes of Pink Floyd, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and The Beatles. The Beatles imagery for the album, also named “Abbey Road” was captured on the zebra crossing near by which is now listed as a main attraction by the English Heritage and still sees hundreds of tourists, daily.
The “Abbey Road” album was the last that The Beatles recorded as a group, before they split in 1970 when Paul McCartney announced his departure from the group. All members of the group continued on to release solo albums, with at least one member of the group contributing to their individual album, Ringo Starr’s album titled “Ringo” was the only album to include all four members.
If you happen to be in the area, you must get a picture on the crossing; slightly embarrassing but such fun!
Jumpsuit – Alice & You
Fringed Handbag – Primark
Midi Rings – ASOS
Trainers – Adidas Originals
This picture is so awful and cheesy, but you can’t come to Abbey Road and not imitate The Beatles!
