Homemade Hamburgers

Step 1: Add all of the items from the “ingredients” list into a mixing bowl and knead them altogether, like you would bread to ensure all the ingredients are mixed in.  If you have cooking gloves, I would definitely recommend using them for this process. Divide into six patties and leave to rest for five minutes.

Step 2: Whilst the patties are resting, start the bacon now for extra crispiness, then begin to cook the burgers for 5-7 minutes of each side.  It doesn’t matter what cooking device you use i.e grill or pan; cook however the heart desires.

Step 3: Once the burgers have been flipped and are in their last minutes of cooking, stack the bacon and cheese on top.  Lightly toast the buns so the juiciness of the burgers don’t make them soggy – gross!

Step 4: Now that the burgers are cooked, add the burgers to the buns along with the other garnish ingredients of your choice and they are ready to go!

Side note: for quick and simple curly fries, lightly season frozen curly fries with salt, pepper and rosemary.  Spray with cooking oil and stick them in the oven for 25 minutes.
